Well, hello there!
You may have heard that Often Early is looking for a 3d animator to join our remote team.
Someone to jump in for a few weeks or months at a time to give us the push we need when a new project suddenly comes up or when a small one suddenly becomes bigger.
Someone who loves to learn and deconstruct information around them.
Someone who’d be one of us — a real part of our team — but who also likes the flexibility of not being full-time. (Not to say that wouldn’t be an option too, at some point.)
Quality! You have an extremely creative eye for guiding the quality of the animation and a strong understanding of classic animation principles. In the past, you’ve built up experience creating a range of performances from the dramatic and powerful to the subtle.
Organization! You make sure all your work is clean and organized with regards to assets within each file as well as file structure and storage.
Critique! You’ve got the ability to critique your own work and collaborate in an environment where feedback is welcome.
Collaboration! Your communication skills are strong and you’ve got experience partnering with various disciplines to create a cohesive vision.
Keyframes! You have command of weight, timing, and posing through keyframe animation and expert knowledge of at least one animation workflow that includes Unity.
